17"(43 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with painted blonde boyish hair,painted blue pale
upper glancing eyes,painted upper eyeliner and short curvy brows,accented nostrils,closed
mouth modeled as though open with two beaded upper teeth,impressed dimples,composition
and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 110-6 Germany.
Comments: circa 1912. Value Points: very expressive features enhanced by fine quality of
bisque,wearing antique flannel mariner costume with applique gilded and thread anchors.
