Pale bisque swivel head with flat-cut neck socket and very plump facial modeling,bisque shoulderplate,cobalt blue glass eyes,outlined eye sockets,delicately painted lashes and brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with accent line between the lips,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,kid poupee body with soft hair stuffing characteristic of Rohmer,kid-over- wooden upper arms,bisque forearms with nicely sculpted fingers. Condition: generally excellent,old hairline on right arm. Comments: Leontine Rohmer,circa 1865,the deposed neck articulation having original metal pin attachment in cork pate. Value Points: wonderful poupee with great expression,cobalt blue eyes,original body,antique costume including corset.
