Description
17"(43 cm.) Posed on a wooden platform with decorative paper covers are three small bisque
dolls standing around a decorated Christmas tree. When the handle is wound,music plays and
the dolls twirl individually as though dancing,and also circle around the tree. Condition:
generally excellent. Comments: attributed to Zinner and Sohne,circa 1890. Value Points: the
charming scene features dolls in original costumes,the two little girls in Tyrolean style dress,and
the little boy in his mariner costume,with original decorative papers and glass ornaments on the
tree.
