13"(33 cm.) Paper mache shoulder head with ebony black complexion,black glass eyes,painted
lashes and brows,closed mouth,black fleecy wig,muslin covered straw-filled body,paper mache
lower arms and legs. Condition: very good,toes missing on left foot,minor craqueluere on face.
Comments: Germany,circa 1870. Value Points: all original doll with original finish,and original
well-detailed costume including tall hat that matches his pants,carrying banjo.
