Bisque socket head,blue glass inset eyes,painted lashes and brows,closed mouth,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,carton torso and lower limbs,wire upper arms and legs with mechanical connector between right leg and arm which causes the doll to amusingly raise and lower a lorgnette. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French,circa 1880. Value Points: rare little toy with charming action,in impeccable original condition with wonderfully detailed costume.
