12" (30 cm.) Bisque socket head with ebony black complexion, brown glass sleep eyes, black painted lashes and brows, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, black human hair wig, ebony black composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 34-20. Comments: Gebruder Kuhnlenz, circa 1890, the doll wears a lovely embroidered cotton dress with rerd silk sash, fancy silk bonnet, has original muslin chemise stamped "Kingston Jamaica" indicating her original store market, and original simple cotton print dress. Value Points: very beautiful model with well-defined features, fine quality of complexion, original body and body finish.
