Description
32" (81 cm.) h. 16"w. Of very fine burled walnut the slant front desk has three dove-tailed drawers with lock and key, bombe shaping, carved feet, and is surmounted by a larger scale attached framed mirror with detachable carved crest. The desk opens to interior fitted with drawers and cubicles. Excellent condition. English, mid-1800s.
