5" (13 cm.) Porcelain bust on plinth depicting a beautiful woman with long brown flowing ringlet curls and tightly woven braided coil at the back of head, painted brown eyes, eyeliner, single stroke brows, closed mouth, modeled bosom, modeled blue low-bodiced blouse with shaded decorations. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (blue stamp) Mlle de Laveilles (red ink script). Comments: mid-19th century. Value Points: beautiful porcelain work on diminutive portrait figure.
