12" (30 cm.) One piece carved wooden head, torso and legs of woman with modeled female torso, oval shaped face in slightly inclined pose, brown enamel eyes set in heavily lidded eye sockets, painted lashes and feathered brows, aquiline nose, closed mouth with center accent line on lips, elognated throat, brunette human hair, dowel-jointed shoulders and elbows, very expressively carved fingers, posed on original tiered wooden plinth. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Continental, late 18th century. Value Points: superbly preserved original finish on the beautifully sculpted lady with articulated arms.
