19" (48 cm.) l. 12" head circ. Solid domed bisque head with flanged neck, tinted tan baby hair with forelock definition, matching brows, blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, muslin body, composition hands, antique baby gown. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany Kiddiejoy JIO c. 1926. Comments: designed by American artist, Jeannie Orsini, made in Germany, circa 1926. Value Points: rare laughing character with impressed dimples at cheeks and chin.
