20" (51 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with pink tinted complexion, blonde sculpted boyish hair, intaglio blue eyes with large black pupils, white eyedots, red and black upper eyeliner, modeled "stuck-out" ears, closed mouth with downcast pouty expression, accent line between the lips, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 7902 Heubach (sunburst mark) Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: fine quality of sculpting, bisque and painting, original body finish, fine antique blue velvet sailor costume, red knit stockings, red shoes.
