23" (58 cm.) Solid domed bisque shoulder head with pink tinted complexion, blonde painted boyish hair with modeled detail of curls, intaglio blue eyes with white eyedots, black and red upper eyeliner, brush-stroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with downcast pouty expression, muslin stitch-jointed body, bisque forearms. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 8 Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: especially fine detail of sculpting on the wistful faced character.
