12" (30 cm.) Solid domed bisque head with flanged neck, reddened complexion as though from crying, tinted golden baby hair and brows, tiny blue glass bead eyes, upturned nose, closed mouth modeled as though open and wailing, muslin body, celluloid hands, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 755 3 O.I.C. Comments: Kestner, circa 1920. Value Points: rare little character with beautiful complexion that enhances the expressive features.
