36" (91 cm.) Bisque socket head with elongated facial modeling, full cheeks, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, thick brush-stroked brows with very full sculpted detail, accented eye corners and nostrils, open mouth, outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, brunette mohair wig over plaster pate, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 0 1/2 made in Germany 18 1/2 142 (head) Excelsior Germany (body). Comments: Kestner, circa 1900. Value Points: beautiful large child has original wig, pate, luxury Excelsior body, body finish, included is antique dress and bonnet.
