Bisque socket head, brown glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth modeled as though open with defined tongue tip and beaded teeth, impressed dimples, brunette human hair, French composition and wooden fully-jointed unique body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose Toto N5 Mialone AL & Cie. Limoges. Comments: Lanternier, circa 1915. Value Points: rare character model sculpted by French artist, Mialone, for Lanternier during the art character movement of the early 20th century, delightful antic expression, lovely bisque and painting, antique costume.
