Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, slightly modeled brows with brush-stroked and feathered detail, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, open mouth, shaded and accented lips, four porcelain teeth, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body with elongated above-the-knee lower legs, well costumed in antique white-wear frock, undergarments, stockings, shoes. Condition: generally excellent, some body repaint. Marks: K&R Simon & Halbig 117 112 (back of head) 22.X 27/00 (crown rim). Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1912, note that the model is 117 and not 117n. Value Points: the very rare open-mouth variation of their classic 117 "Mein Liebling" model, with unusual original body variation, finest quality matte bisque, the exceptional size is largest K*R known to exist.
