12" (30 cm.) Bisque socket head with plump facial modeling, blue glass sleep eyes, painted short curly lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with accented lips,blonde mohair bobbed wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body with side-hip jointing. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R Simon & Halbig 115/A 34. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt from their art character series, the pouty faced model marketed as "Phillip", circa 1912. Value Points: wonderful size of the wistful faced toddler, with superb luminous bisque, original body and body finish, original cutwork dress and matching bonnet, matching two-piece undergarment set, socks, kidskin slippers.
