Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, brush-stroked and feathered brows with sculpted detail, accented eye corners and nostrils, open mouth, outlined pale lips with impressed dimples at lip corners, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, original brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, wearing lovely antique white-wear costume, undergarments, socks, shoes. Condition: generally excellent, original body and body finish. Marks: S&H 1269 dep Germany 15. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1900. Value Points: few examples of this rare dolly-face model are known to exist, having beautiful expression enhanced by large size, very choice bisque and painting. $1200/1800
