Pale bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, small blue glass enamel inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, pale lips of closed mouth, center accent line on lips, ears pierced into head, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French kid poupee body with gusset-jointed hips and knees, kid-over-wooden upper arms, bisque arms from above the elbows. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2. Comments: French, circa 1865. Value Points: beautiful petite poupee with rare body style, lovely pale complexion, superb sculpting of hands, original costume, undergarments, bonnet, leather shoes.
