19" (48 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with very deeply sculpted curls waves away from face with ringlet curls at top of head, black head band, sculpted ears, painted facial features, blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, closed mouth with hint of smile, muslin stitch-jointed body, porcelain limbs. Condition: shoulder plate restoration beneath the gown. Comments: Germany, circa 1865. Value Points: rare model with superb detail of hair sculpting, wonderful antique costume.
