Description
Of fine white cotton, the hand-stitched dress features rounded neckline, wide bretelles that partially covered the short sleeves, fitted bodice, set-in waist band, panels of horizontal tucking on the skirt. The dress is decorated with delicately embroidered sheer cotton scalloping at neckline, bretelles and sleeves, and generous brown soutache embroidery. To fit doll about 22"-24". 5 1/2" shoulder width. 18" dress length. Excellent condition. circa 1860.
