Description
10" (25 cm.) Each has porcelain shoulderhead with black sculpted hair, slender oval face, painted features, one pink-tinted complexion, muslin body, porcelain lower arms and legs. Condition: woman with white blouse is excellent, the other has a virtually imperceptible hairline on shoulderplate. Comments: Germany, circa 1860. Value Points: the early models have rare coiffures, each with a variation of coiled chignon at back of head, antique costumes.
