18" (46 cm.) A paper mache goat with hide-covered face, green glass eyes, leather ears, flannel-covered wooden legs, is lavishly covered in white fur, and posed atop a metal frame with small spoked wheel; the metal frame is attached to the spokes of a wooden two-wheeled goat cart with original blue paint, gold stenciling, blue leather upholstery. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, circa 1880. Value Points: delightful luxury toy enhanced with silk ribbons and bells.
