Having molded swivel head with painted complexion and facial features, small blue eyes, closed mouth, short blonde boyish hair under red cloche, all-cloth body with stitch-jointed arms, disc-jointed legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 554345 Made in Germany US Zone Kathe Kruse (stamp on feet). Comments: Kathe Kruse, early 1950's. Value Points: in pristine unplayed with condition, the doll wears original red dress, petticoat with red embroidery at hem, knit undergarments, plaid double-breasted coat, red cloche, shoes and socks, and carries a 10" Kathe Kruse doll with posable armature body, wearing matching dress and pinafore.
