Bisque swivel head on kid-lined bisque shoulder plate, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, brush-stroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, rose blushed eye shadow, open "O" shaped mouth, brunette human hair wig over cork pate, French slender kid bebe body with Chevrot-jointed hips, kid over wooden upper arms, wooden lower arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent, front left foot missing. Marks: Bru Jne 4 (head and shoulders). Comments: Bebe Teteur, circa 1888, contained within the bebe's head is the rubber ball "nursing" mechanism that activates from metal wing nut at back of head. Value points: pretty bebe with well-painted features, wearing original gown, bonnet, and undergarments, and with miniature bone pacifier and brass bell.
