15" (38 cm.) Beautifully woven basket with self base and handle is richly fitted with tufted blue silk interior and bottom shelf, and enhanced with blue silk bows. The basket and shelf are fitted with a myriad of miniature toiletries and accessories including perfume bottle, puff, porcelain dishes, bone-handled brush and comb, and more. Excellent condition. French, circa 1885.
