Having poured wax shoulder head with blue glass eyes, open mouth, teeth, painted features, human hair wig, on linen-covered mannequin body with wooden dowel-jointed arms and hands, carton legs with original stockings and black shoes. The mannequin body is stamped "7 ans" (seven year old child) and "P. Imans Paris. Structurally excellent, wax is dusty. French, circa 1890, the mannequin is notable for its glass eyes and wonderfully characterized expression.
