Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, blue glass eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with gentle smile, side-parted brunette mohair short curly wig, muslin torso, jointed velvet arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: The Genuine Princess Elizabeth British made doll (paper label). Comments: Chad Valley, circa 1935, portrait doll of the future Queen as a young Princess. Value Points: the doll is wearing her original rayon flowered dress, blue woolen coat and matching tam, original undergarments, blue woolen shoes and socks.
