21" (53 cm.) Composition head with elongated face and throat depicting a pensive-faced older child, painted blue eyes with under shadow, painted lashes and brows, closed mouth, original blonde mohair bobbed wig, all cloth body with stitch-jointing, elongated limbs. Condition: very good, nose rub, body dusty. Marks: DP S5 9. Comments: Dora Petzold, circa 1925. Value Points: rare to find doll with wonderfully characterized face, fine original finish, wearing original silk dress, undergarments, coat, stockings, and brown leather shoes.
