Description
7" (18 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-lined bisque torso, large blue glass sleep and side-glancing googly eyes, painted lashes, single stroke brows, accented nostrils of rounded nose, closed mouth with impish smile, brunette bobbed wig, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, painted blue socks and black one-strap shoes, rose silk crepe dress and hair bow. Condition: head perfect, hairline and flakes at front torso neck, left fingers reglued, small flakes at one finger and left thigh. Marks: 189. Comments: Germany, circa 1915. Value Points: delightful characterization of the swivel head googly with excellent bisque, bright eyes.
