14" (36 cm.) Solid domed bisque shoulder head with delicate complexion, blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes, lightly feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with slightly downcast pouty expression, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig, kid body with gusset jointing at hips and knees, bisque forearms. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 123-6. Comments: Kling, circa 1885. Value Points: very beautiful gentle expression enhanced by delicate complexion, sturdy original body, lovely antique rose silk and lace dress and bonnet, undergarments, rose knit stockings, rose sateen shoes.
