Description

17" (43 cm.) Solid domed bisque shoulder head with very pale complexion and softly blushed cheeks, blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, lightly feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig, muslin stitch-jointed body with bisque hands. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: attributed to Kling, circa 1875. Value Points: beautiful quality of bisque, rare glass eyes, original wig with faux-tortoise comb, original silk gown, blouse, undergarments, leather boots, watch and chain, earrings, and handkerchief.
