18" (46 cm.) Solid domed porcelain shoulder head, black painted pate, oval shaped face and elongated throat, painted blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, accented nostrils, closed mouth, wheat blonde human hair wig, muslin stitch-jointed body, porcelain arms. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: the slender lady is beautifully costumed in cream silk gown with Alencon lace and aqua silk ribbons, superb bone folding fan with hand-painted scenes.
