8" (20 cm.) doll. 13" cradle. Bisque socket head with solid dome, painted hair and facial features, intaglio blue eyes, laughing expression, composition bent limb baby body, antique baby knit shirt. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach (square) Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: the laughing child is presented in a beautifully fitted lace cradle.
