8" (20 cm.) Carved wooden double-humped camel has swivel head with S-curved throat, deeply-defined carving of fur, painted white mask face, brown glass eyes, painted lips, shapely legs with dark brown hooves, leather ears, rope tail. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Schoenhut, circa 1905. Value Points: rare early first style Bactrian camel has outstanding carving and original painted finish.
