29" (74 cm.) h. x 20"w. x 16"d. A wooden two story dollhouse with two interior rooms has a second floor bay window with glass windows on three sides, flanked by two other glass windows, four other windows, green solid wood front door with Gottschalk door handle beneath a fancy columned porch with three front steps. The house has original lithographed paper cover, featuring small yellow and red bricks on the second floor, and yellow stone on the first, with some printed architectural gargoyles, painted yellow trim with red stencil. The inside has been re-fitted with silk and velvet floors and walls. There is a Maerklin tin fireplace with brass angel's head decoration on the first floor. The house is pencil-script lettered "2706" on the bottom. Very good/excellent condition. Germany, circa 1890.
