10" (25 cm.) The wooden chair with ebony finish has low seat designed for kneeling, black ebony painted finish, very fancy spindles, and red velvet upholstery on the seat and kneeling arm rest, brass stud trim. Excellent condition, original finish and upholstery. French, circa 1880.
