All cloth doll with pressed and oil painted facial features and hair, modeled sleeping eyes, closed mouth, stockinette body with weighted sand to simulate weight of actual baby, antique baby gown. Condition. generally excellent. Marks: Kathe Kruse (left foot). Comments: Kathe Kruse, circa 1945. Value Points: the rare model has beautifully painted features, original paper label.
