10" (25 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-lined bisque shoulder plate, blonde sculpted hair drawn away from face into cascading ringlet curls at the back of head, painted black hair ribbon and bow, painted facial features, blue eyes with unusual thick black eyeliner and lashes completely encircling the eyes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pert smile, muslin stitch-jointed body, bisque lower arms and legs, painted grey boots, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1875. Value Points: rarity factors include ornate coiffure, painted lashes, swivel head and original bisque limbs.
