Solid domed paper mache head with flat-cut neck socket,tiny black glass enamel inset eyes,tinted lashes and brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with hint of smile,paper mache shoulder plate,torso and limbs,muslin covered midriff and upper limbs,bellows in midriff. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany,circa 1860. Value Points: tiniest size of the rare taufling baby with fine original finish and body.
