13" (33 cm.) x 10". Each written by Mme. Doudet and published by Theodore lefevre et Cie, circa 1880, including "Les Etrennes de Bebe", and "La Poupee de Bebe", each filled with beautifully tinted engravings or lithographs of children. "Les Etrennes" has an especially interesting cover in which a little girl holds her holiday toys which actually includes a copy of the very book. "La Poupee de Bebe" recounts the adventures of a young girl Madelaine and her bebe Lili and provides a wealth of atmosphere for today's collectors concerning the French doll world of the 1870s/1880s. Excellent condition. The books are a delightful treasure,rarely found.
