A 13" x 9" heavy cardboard box labeled "Puppenmutterchen's Nahschule" (The Doll Mother's Sewing Room) by Agnes Lucas, on the lid opens to reveal a well-fitted interior, including a bisque socket head doll with blue glass eyes, painted facial features, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, original blonde mohair wig, and composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Along with two books, each with colored illustration on the cover depicting mother and three little girls sewing costumes for their dolls; one book is a folio containing eight patterns for doll costumes along with a color illustration of each; the other is a book of instructions along with many accessories. The box also includes two little boxes, one with lovely color illustration labeled "Nahzeug", for storing ribbons and trim, and some original fabric pieces. Condition: generally excellent. Value Points: superb sewing ensemble for little girls, perfectly preserved in unplayed with condition in its original box.
