15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head with rounded facial modeling, large round googly brown glass sleep eyes glancing to the right, thick painted eyeliner with fringed lashes, short feathered brows, rounded nose with accented nostrils, closed mouth with watermelon-slice-shaped mouth, center accent line on lips, brunette mohair bobbed wig, composition and wooden fully-jointed toddler body with side-hip jointing and chubby torso. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R Simon & Halbig. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, their 131 model, circa 1915. Value Points: outstanding quality of bisque, painting, and complexion on the impish googly, original body, body finish, wig, and wearing antique costume and shoes.
