2.5" (6 cm.) Ten dolls, each with bisque swivel head, bisque torso, peg-jointed bisque arms and legs, painted boots, painted facial features, mohair wig. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, circa 1890, the dolls appeared in Paris Etrennes catalogs at the end of the 19th century, described as "Les Nations". Value Points: the all-original mignonettes wear well-detailed costumes including Marquis, Normandy woman, Spanish child, and others, each different.
