Description
12" (30 cm.) largest. Each is of paper mache with hollow interior accessible when sides of egg are separated, comprising 12" with silk cover and lining and having hand-painted bluebird of happiness design on exterior; 8" with decorative paper cover of floral design; 8" with hand- painted lavender French iris and original Paris label on the interior; and 5" with delicate silk cover depicting children at play including scene of child with doll. Excellent condition. French, circa 1885.
