Bisque socket head with plump cheeks and chin, classic Huret bulb-shaped throat, brown painted eyes with heavily modeled eye lids, black painted lashes, red eye liner, feathered arched brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accented lips, unpierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, wooden poupee body with dowel-jointing at shoulders, elbows, hips and knees, swivel jointing at waist and wrists, metal hands, wearing lovely antique costume, bonnet. Condition: some touch-up to cheek paint, otherwise excellent. Marks: Huret, Rue de Boetie... (body). Comments: Maison Huret, circa 1865, the body also by Huret but of later epoch. Value Points: unusual model with very characterized expression, signed body with great articulation possibilities.
