Of cream and red striped muslin with V-shaped bodice and Alencon embroidered lace shawl and homespun apron, the dress features embroidered red edging on the collar and cuffs, and along the edges of matching apron. There is a homespun matching coiffe decorated with embroidery and red velvet ribbons, in the style of Normandy folklore costumes. Suitable costuming for very large dolls, overall length 27", 10" shoulder width. Circa 1900, from Au Nain Bleu.
