1.5" (4 cm.) A gilded egg-shaped necessaire with chain handle, hinges open to reveal a maroon velvet fitted interior with tiny sewing implements including scissors, awl, bone thimble, and more. Excellent condition. French, circa 1875, a rare miniature accessory.
