Description
15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head with sculpted blonde hair in short boyish fashion, forelock curl, intaglio blue eyes, white eye dots, red and black upper eye liner, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pensive expression, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach (sunburst mark) 6722 6 Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1915. Value Points: very appealing expression with fine sculpting including impressed cheek dimples.
