Description
12" (30 cm.) Of fine mahogany in the Hepplewhite manner, the elegant dressing table has ebony-finished legs with gilt banding, mirrored table top, and attached brass framed mirror with figural bracket supports. The drawer of the desk with dove-tailed construction opens to reveal a well-fitted drawer with sewing tools including bone awl and needle case, scissors and gold thimble. Excellent condition. English, early 1800s.
